Disability support
Flexible, personalised support available 24/7 — personal care, community access, transport, therapeutic supports, assistive technology and respite for families.
Explore disability support →A nursing and care agency delivering in-home disability support, aged care, community nursing and support coordination — with a registered nurse behind every plan.
Available 24/7, and we match you with a team member suited to your circumstances. As a registered provider we can support agency-managed, plan-managed and self-managed participants.
Our team includes registered nurses, nursing assistants, drivers and support workers, available 24/7. We work with Home Care Packages, the Commonwealth Home Support Programme, and private funding.
You don't need to know which program you qualify for, how much funding you have, or what any of the acronyms mean. That's our job.
Call us and we'll talk through what's happening and what your options are — whether or not you end up choosing us. Someone answers 24 hours a day.
We work with people of all ages and abilities who want to stay independent in their own home. Age and disability should never decide how full a life you get to live.
Flexible, personalised support available 24/7 — personal care, community access, transport, therapeutic supports, assistive technology and respite for families.
Explore disability support →Our coordinators help you understand and manage your NDIS plan — connecting you with the right providers, costing supports, and preparing you for plan reviews.
Explore support coordination →Clinical care in your own home: wound care management, medication administration, bowel care, specialised transfer assistance and allied health services.
Explore community nursing →Personalised in-home care for specific conditions including dementia and palliative care, delivered by nurses, nursing assistants, drivers and support workers, 24/7.
Explore aged care →We visit you at home or in hospital at no cost and with no obligation. We listen first: what you need, what you'd like to be doing, and what's getting in the way.
We write a personalised support plan matched to your goals and your funding. A registered nurse reviews and signs off on every plan, and we revisit it as your needs change.
Your support worker is chosen with your goals in mind — trained, screened and qualified. We deliver support at home, in assisted living, in hospital or in hospice.
We meet the NDIS Practice Standards and are independently audited against them. It also means we can support agency-managed participants — many providers can't.
Clinical judgement sits behind the care you receive, not just an administrative process. If something changes, a qualified person notices.
We screen every caregiver for skills, experience and empathy, then match you with someone suited to your circumstances. If the fit isn't right, tell us and we'll change it.
We exist so that moving into residential care isn't the only option. Familiar surroundings, your own routine, your independence and dignity intact.
No vague promises. Here's the actual list — if what you need isn't on it, ask anyway, because it often still is.
Getting to the art class, the bowling alley, the shops, the appointment. Community access is where independence actually gets practised — so it's where a lot of our work happens.
Every act of kindness and support becomes a precious memory.
So don't do it alone. Tell us what funding you have — or think you might have — and we'll help you make sense of it.
Not sure what you're eligible for? Call 0491 108 934. We'll talk it through, whether or not you end up with us.
Ask about your fundingThe people we support are the only real measure of whether we're doing this well.

“They treat me like a person, not a booking.”John — supported by RQC
John works with the same small team every week, on a schedule built around what he wants to be doing — getting out into the community, staying active, and keeping hold of his independence.

“I never understood my own plan. My coordinator went through it line by line, showed me where every dollar was going, and found room for supports I didn't know I was entitled to. Nothing gets spent without me knowing about it first.”— Marino
“My appointments used to be a pile of phone calls I kept putting off. Now they book them, get me there, and someone stays with me through it and remembers what the doctor said. I don't dread my own calendar any more.”— David
“When what I needed changed, they changed my supports with me that same week. No waiting for a review, no being told to call back. They asked me what would actually help and then went and organised it.”— John
Our vision is to support and improve the lives of Australians most in need — and to offer a fulfilling, rewarding career to people who are passionate about helping our community. We're always looking for experienced nursing assistants and support workers who share our values.
